A Highly Qualified and Intuitive Approach to Change

I am a highly qualified and MSc certified hypnotherapist. My journey began in 2008 when I received my diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with Psychotherapy, leading to a full-time practice setup in 2009. After almost a decade of successful work, I completed an MSc in “Professional Development; Consciousness, Transpersonal Psychology and Spirituality” with the University of Middlesex. This extensive background means I have learnt how to use my knowledge to work intuitively, allowing me to see the greater picture and successfully help many people live the life they seek.

My approach is holistic, utilizing hypnosis, psychotherapy, trans-personal psychology, and mindfulness techniques. Together, we take small steps to enable the big leap that previously seemed paralyzing. Our relationship during the sessions is paramount; I view us as equals sharing the experience, so alongside my analytical stance, there is genuine empathy and insight. My core intention is for you to recognise your strengths, creativity, and choices, helping you realize that you are unlimited in your potential.

Efficient and Empowering Sessions

I work in a way that ensures we both enjoy the sessions but do not become co-dependent. Having spent years working with and researching the human mind, I have encapsulated the most important and useful techniques so that sessions are fluid and you achieve success efficiently. We will spend time talking about the days between sessions, discussing your feelings, what helped, and what didn't. We then use hypnosis and psychological techniques to collaboratively make positive changes.

Clear Goal Setting and Step-by-Step Plans

My entire focus is on helping you reach your goal. In the initial consultation, we will clearly define what you want to achieve. We will consider whether your objective is realistic and, if so, map out exactly how you can reach it. Often, you know what you want, but the thought of how to get there is overwhelming and too difficult to contemplate. Being able to see an orderly route to a target point is a strength of mine. I have an ability to create step-by-step plans that will enable you to reach your goal easily.
